An exclusive website for Realtors to streamline their sales process. This platform allows realtors to manage clients, assets and collaborate with other professionals.
The Challenge
In Israel, the term "realtor" carries a negative connotation, as it is associated with a poor reputation in the real estate industry, because of that people avoid having any connection with their service.
The Goal
By fostering a culture of integrity and transparency, the goal is to transform the negative perception associated with the real estate industry in Israel. Through the implementation of ethical practices, transparent reviews, and a supportive community.

Competitor Analysis
My market research focused on currently existing economies for buying and selling houses such as "Yad 2", "madlan", "homely" and more. I learned what exists and what is missing, at the same time I tested crm systems for customer management. I was looking for an interface that allows easy communication between the brokers but without success. I also looked at an interface that allows managing a property privately.

In order to arrive at the most suitable system for its target audience, I researched the world of real estate people, I published a questionnaire in a large community of realtors, over 500 people gave me a look at their way of working, and here are some of the main conclusions I reached:

User Flow
Before moving on to wireframes, I used my research conclusions to create an information architecture diagram. Visualizing it helped me understand the user flows better and make sure I have solutions to all pain points.
